(Pilot/Employment Eligibility Verification Program) is an Internet-based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security in partnership with the Social Security Administration that allows participating employers to electronically verify the employment eligibility of their newly hired employees.
E-Verify is free and voluntary and is the best means available for determining employment eligibility of new hires and the validity of their Social Security Numbers. (Many illegal aliens use Americans stolen S.S. numbers!)

Making English the Official Language of the United States which is necessary in assimilating immigrants into United States citizens. Cuban legislators thought English was a threat to their Spanish language and revised their 1940 Cuban Constitution mandating that Spanish must be the 'official language of Cuba'! What is most outrageous and hypocritical is Miami Cuban-American legislators like U.S. Reps .Lincoln and Mario Diaz-Balart, Rep.Ileana Ros-Lehtinen,U.S. Senator Mel Martinez (Fla.) and U.S. Senator Bob Menendez(NJ) all vehemently oppose making English the U.S. 'official language' and have voted against all Official English bills! Why do they oppose the English language our Constitution is written in when they are U.S. elected officials?

REPEAL of the 1966 CUBAN ADJUSTMENT ACT ! An antiquated cold war relic that is unfair, unconstitutional & discriminatory because it permits only Cuban refugees leaving Cuba 'illegally' (without a visa or passport) to enter the U.S. 'illegally'! If they remain 1 year and 1 day without committing any crime, they are then permitted to stay in the U.S.! None of the 200 other ethnic classes of people are permitted this special preferential discriminatory treatment! This is outrageous enough, yet it also permits illegal Cuban refugees to apply for and receive citizenship in 2 to 2.5 years compared to 5 to 10 years for all 200 other ethnic groups to receive citizenship!

Almost every year, all Cuban-American elected officials practice discrimination against 200 other ethnic classes but continue to vote to retain it regardless of almost all groups demanding that this outrageous law initiated by U.S. Sen. Kennedy be abolished. Demand that your legislators call for repealing this outrageous unfair law only for Cuban refugees.
